NHS Community Cardiology Clinics
Sentinel Healthcare offer cardiology assessment clinics at Devonport Health Centre and Plymouth Science Park.
Patients are offered telephone appointments and, where necessary, face to face assessment with a specially trained GP with a special interest. (GPwSI).
Our team work closely with the acute trust to deliver an integrated service with the local acute trust.
Our aim is to provide a high quality convenient service for patients whilst reducing pressures on the acute services in the local NHS Trust.
How can I access this service?
You will need to be referred by your GP to access our cardiology Service.
