The Dr and nurse was very nice and made the whole experience very easy and friendly. We even managed a few laughs at the time I was having the operation.

Dr was excellent, he took time to address my fears and explain the procedure. He was understanding and was able to provide enough reassurance to reduce my almost overwhelming anxiety prior to the procedure.

I found it a relaxed experience and comfortable. The areas were clean and uncluttered, the doctor explained my options on the treatment very well and that helped me make my mind up which road to take on the treatment.
