At Sentinel Healthcare SW CIC, our Weight Management Programme is designed to provide safe, effective, and personalised support for people living with overweight and obesity.
* All individuals must complete an initial assessment and consultation before joining a programme. This one-off assessment is charged at a flat rate of £99 and allows us to understand your medical history, health needs, and goals to ensure the programme is the right fit for you.

This programme has been designed to provide education and support alongside the use of weight loss medication

LIFE AFTER BARIATRIC (Weight Loss) SURGERY
This programme is designed to benefit individuals who have self-funded their surgery and may not have access to follow-up education or support.

ONE-TO-ONE WEIGHT LOSS SUPPORT
We have created this one-to-one support package for people who do not wish to take part in a group programme.
1 x multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussion1 x GP consultation 2 x appointments with our Specialist dietitian 3 x appointments with our Specialist Nurse * Subject to Initial consultation & assessment
PRESCRIBING & MONITORING
Optional addition to our 'WEIGHT NO MORE' or 'ONE-TO-ONE' Programmes - Prescribing & monitoring of weight loss drug from initiation until established on maximum tolerated dose for 6 months.
Please note this does not include the cost of the drug, which will be payable to the pharmacy (Price Available Upon Request)* Subject to Initial consultation & assessment
