An excellent service from start to finish. From the initial contact with Mike - who is extremely helpful and conscientious - to treatment with James, who is relaxed, friendly, and immediately puts you at ease, supported by his excellent nursing team, the whole experience is first-class.
James identified a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) that could easily have been overlooked and referred me back to the NHS for treatment. The NHS dermatologist who later saw me specifically praised James’s expertise in spotting it, as it was difficult to see and might easily have been dismissed as nothing.
He also treated me for seborrhoeic keratoses (SK), freezing off as many as possible over two sessions.
All of this was done for a fraction of what the Nuffield wanted to charge. Their consultant was impersonal, failed to identify two BCCs, and claimed I had too many SK's to treat except through very expensive and invasive laser procedures.
I was so impressed that I took my whole family for skin checks and treatment. In one case, a suspicious lesion - possibly melanoma - was identified and removed after James referred them to the NHS.
Exemplary service throughout and highly recommended.

Dr. Boorer was very welcoming and accommodating, as was his lovely assistant. They were both very thorough, put my mind at rest and made me feel completely at ease. Personally, it was also great to see and hear a doctor use some normal, everyday language, rather than just medical jargon - that too made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks 👍

Absolute fantastic friendly service right from the first telephone call. Seen within the week and then operated on 2 weeks later so pleased after fighting with my own private health care and The NHS for months about getting my small operation done Caroline, Mike and James I will totally recommend you to any of my family and friends.

Genuinely a very comfortable experience.
I had a vasectomy done.
Every step of the way preceding and during the appointment, the staff I interacted with have been very friendly.
During the procedure I felt like I was in very good hands with both the surgeon and the assistant, all my worries settled very quickly. Would highly recommend

I can not praise the team at Sentinal health care enough. I had a lipoma removed on my abdomen and from start to finish the whole team was helpful, friendly, professional and caring. Mike, the receptionist if very efficient and fantastic at putting you at ease and Dr Boorer makes you feel comfortable and safe as soon as you enter the room. The nurse (who's name I have forgotten, sorry!) was so friendly. She held my hand and talked to me if I needed distracting, amazing at her job!
It has only been a few weeks since my op and even though I had to go back to have another small incision (not the fault of Sentinal) the scar is healing fantastically. I really believe it will hardly be noticable in a few months time. Thank you again to the whole team, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome to a long awaited surgery that quite frankly I was dreading.
